Renovated stone house with fantastic sea panorama

The house is the last in a row with a full panorama - Lago Massaciuccoli, the sea with islands that appear and disappear depending on the weather, all the way to the French side.
The house was built in 1892 and completely restored and renovated in 2008. It is located in a small hamlet near Pieve a Elici. There is a small bar with essential groceries on sale within walking distance. There are others in Stiava and Massarosa.
The house has a terrace in front of the house (access to the cellar) and another pergola to the right of the path - the third pergola belongs to the neighbouring house. The house also has a strip below the terrace with a vegetable patch and, to the right of the pergola, an enclosed strip of garden that can accommodate up to 10 cars.
