The house is located near Arezzo (motorway exit about half an hour) from where you have the best Tuscany connections - Florence, Siena and then Volterra with all the nearby towns to explore. The location is ideal - on a slight hill, surrounded by olives and vines, almost isolated but not in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable - a stone house about 200m away and a producing fattoria about 400m away. The first village +/- approx. 500m (white road), a magnificent castle, which organises concerts in summer, is also within walking distance (approx. 2km). So is the restaurant in the castle. Shopping 6km.

The house near Arezzo was newly built in 2006 (an old rustico was demolished). It is all on one level with a habitable attic. It has a modern design. There is a carport in front and a wooden shed for all kinds of equipment a little further on.

A large pergola in front of the house facing the valley provides pleasant shade, the kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. Next to it is a bedroom with shower room. The living room is large and open-plan from the kitchen with access to another pergola with seating area and barbecue.

A side staircase leads to the open gallery - currently used as a bedroom - next to it a bathroom with bathtub.
