The hills behind Viareggio were already discovered in the 60's for summer holidays, some have bought a holiday home here. Thanks to a microclimate (protected by the hills), the hamlets are among the most popular in Versilia. Bargecchia is followed by Corsanico and Botrici, Mommio Castello, via Pedona you can then go down to Camaiore, or from Corsanico on the other side down to Viareggio or Massarosa. Shopping can be done on foot, in the village there is a small corner shop, bar and pharmacy. On the piazza opposite the marvellous church of San Michele from the 12th century.
The house has a garden of approx. 500m2, which is accessed through an automatic gate and offers 2 car parking spaces. A gazebo with seating area and table.

First floor can be reached via an internal staircase (door available - so you can possibly divide the house inside - or via 2 different external staircases. Here the large terrace with sea views opens up first, followed by another living room with fireplace, closed kitchen with separate exit to the outside staircase, 1 bathroom and 2 rooms.
Internal stairs then lead to the converted attic, where there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a cosy roof terrace.
