Santa Lucia is a Versilia hamlet near Monteggiori and above Pietrasanta. There is a restaurant, a car park and a kindergarten - no shops.

Down the road (plenty of parking) is the ideal holiday home, renovated with love and taste. Every centimetre in the house has been used wisely. There are 2 entrances - from the street and from the back.

The house next door with garden has access rights, but its own entrance from the street.

Small kind of terrace could be used either as a sitting terrace ( like next door) or wood shed for wood/pellets. Rear also has a box with instantaneous water heater and pellet stove.
