The house is in good condition and habitable.
The entrance directly overlooks the covered and widely habitable terrace, which overlooks the disruptive nature typical of this hamlet and is ideal for al fresco dining; one enters directly into the living area equipped with a fireplace and cooker and with an open kitchen; on the mezzanine floor there is a hallway and the bathroom with tub.
On the upper floor we find the two bedrooms and from here we reach the attic which can be used as a third large room.
From outside we access the cellar and the garden with a porch area.
The car park, which is public, is about fifty metres above the house.
