Annunziata is a small stone village with its own 17th century church on the Tuscan-Ligurian border. The area is green with views of Ortonovo.
Large car park for the 100 or so residents. From the car park a few steps up to the church, from which a road leads, to unload you can drive in front of the house. Here is also a separate access to the separate "stone cellar" - a room with natural stone walls, kitchenette, large bathroom with marble tub. Ideal as an office/studio, separate reading area and the like. To the right of this is a steep passage of approx. 10m in length, behind which is the garden gate. The sunny garden has a lovely sitting arbour, entirely overgrown. Opposite the guest house, 2 olive trees and 2 lemon trees with several flowers and plants. The garden has about 200m2.
