It is in need of renovation, but habitable. Ideal as a holiday home. In the village there is a bar and 2 grocery shops, Montignoso about 4 minutes by car - sea 15 minutes. On the street there are 2 parking places - from here over a narrow footpath approx. 10m to the gate. Entrance laterally left into the hallway -but also possible into the living room.
