Where is the holiday home located?  In Tuscany, Versilia, above Viareggio and Massarosa, first hill with sea view, called Corsanico - Bargecchia. The villa has sea view and a private pool (salt) to the beach it is about 12km, motorway exit in Viareggio, from here you can reach many cultural cities and places - Lucca, Pisa (airport) both about half an hour drive, Florence (airport, 1 hour) 5 Terre and others.

In the village a corner shop with bar, others in neighbouring villages, first supermarket at the foot of the hills - others of course in Viareggio and Camaiore.

A comfortable hill road leads to the house, approx. 1km before the house there is a steep single-lane access road of approx. 100m, it is best to turn at the bar before driving up) then on a private road (double-lane), last approx. 100m gravel road to the car park in front of the house.

Villa Corsanico has approx. 240m2 on 2 floors and 900m2 garden on 2 terraces with pool (12 x 6, depth from 1-1.50m, open from 1 May to 15 October) surrounded by trees, shower in the garden, seating pergola and barbecue. Further seating below the house pergola and next to it. 

Ground floor: spacious living room with fireplace, dining room, TV corner with double sofa bed, garden exit, shower room, kitchen, pantry, stairs to the upper floor.

First floor: living room with TV corner (sofas + satellite TV) terrace on both sides with seating facing the sea, 3 double bedrooms (one of which has a small balcony at the back overlooking the garden) and 2 bathrooms.
