In this area stands a huge 17th-century country house (part of it dating from the 17th century, the rest built later, in 1714), which was carefully renovated in 1999 and divided into three parts. Each part has separate entrances and a garden.

The first part from the left, approx. 300 square metres, is for sale, with approx. 5,000 square metres around the house and 7 hectares of land (approx. 4 hectares of forest and 3 hectares of olive trees, which are maintained by the organic farm). The nearby vineyards also belonged to the property but were sold to the organic farm for practical reasons.

Access: convenient via a path, parking space under the house, next to the house or at the entrance or in your own garage (now used for garden machinery).
