The house is located above Stiava (behind Viareggio) in a group of houses, some of which are occupied year-round. Accessible via a narrow but comfortable paved road, there's parking right next to the house on a terrace (for up to two cars), with the neighbor parked next to it, separated by a rope. The house is fenced in on a hillside, with a small garden between the house and the path (fence), and stone steps leading up to the house on both sides. In front of the house, there's a terrace with a covered pergola and a truly unique sea view. Another large terrace to the left, and several more steps below (various possibilities – garden pool, loungers, etc.). Further land below on the slope. Various trees. Total land area approx. 1500m2.

The house entrance is via a beautiful original wooden door from the 19th century, which has been preserved.

To the right, a mini-bedroom was created for the third generation of the family, and behind it, a shower room. This room can be retained or removed.
