In a dominant position between various hills, detached but not isolated, this property is situated in the circle between Volterra - Casciana and Lari.

The farmhouse is completely renovated and pleasantly divided in such a way that it can be used simultaneously by several generations of relatives, or a part can be rented out and similar. A special feature that enriches it not only for atmosphere is the natural stone chapel, which is not consecrated.

The main house extends over three levels with 3 separate entrances. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall leading into a large living area with a brick fireplace, which is divided into three rooms, a separate eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room.
