In a small hamlet consisting of another 2 properties located behind the villa, the villa was renovated in 2023. The separate servants' flat in the house, accessible via a side staircase, might still need renovation.  The villa was built in 1860 - it is said that it was built for a member of the royal family, unfortunately there are no records of this.

It has an absolutely fantastic view - of the sea and Lake Massaciuccoli and the hills. In front of the villa is a large raised natural terrace, the pool ( 8 x 3.5m was placed to the side of the villa. The whole property with lots of parking space runs down in front of the villa. The property is protected from any noise from the nearby motorway by specially made panels.
