The hills between Pietrasanta and Camaiore are among the most popular in Versilia. The house is a typical rustico of the area, which was later enlarged. The result is a large private house, which could also be used commercially with an extension (up to 45m2 possible), but also without one. The house is perfectly accessible via a paved road from which there is automated access and, before the curve, a spacious private parking lot for several cars. The property is nestled on the slope in the rock. From the house and property sea views and views of a picturesque old stone village and its church. Quiet.
Division: in front of the entrance, the house is divided into three parts – entrance to the living room on the left, seating area with pizza/bread oven in the middle and the younger part on the right.
In the living room there is a fireplace and double marble stairs, which can be closed straight through a wooden door to the dining kitchen with exit to the romantic terrace. There is also a storage room in front of the door, also separated by a door – here you could lead an inner staircase to the basement, but this was intentionally not done due to the current family division. The marble staircase leads to the second living room and bathroom on the right and up – 2 rooms.
Up to the left is a hallway where there is a library, bathroom and double bedroom.
Accessible from the outside on the other side is an attic apartment with terrace, kitchen-living room/living room, bathroom and bedroom. The basement part with 3 rooms is now also separate and can be expanded below.
Sea view, last renovation in 2005, small shops approx. 2 km, larger ones 4, sea approx. 7 km. Heating via gas water heater, fireplace.
