In the middle of the forest, hidden from prying eyes, without directions, even the Amazon courier won't be able to find you. The hills of Versilia are well known, and the small villages have bars, restaurants and small corner shops. Everything else can be found in the valley and the towns. The nearest village is about 2 km away, accessible via a gravel road. A private road then branches off and leads to the car park and house.
In the beginning, there was a smaller stone house, which was renovated in 2000, and in 2014 the extension was tackled. As the house was designed and used for a wheelchair user and his carers, it is now divided into two residential units, which can easily be removed. There is a wheelchair-accessible path to the first floor and a lift in the house.
In front of the house is a platform with benches and a panoramic view (coast and valley). Entrance to the house. Next to it is a gate that closes off the second half of the house. Here, next to the boiler room (wood pellets), there is a long covered pergola in which a summer kitchen has been set up. Another entrance leads to the hallway with the lift, toilet and stairs. To the left is a kitchen with stairs to the first floor, next to it is a second smaller kitchen (second residential unit). Two living rooms, one with a fireplace. On the first floor are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, terrace. Separate access via a spiral staircase to the attic apartment with terrace (sea view) and bathroom. A total of 332 square metres + terraces (402 in total) with two living rooms, two kitchens, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The house is habitable and inhabited, some work (e.g. wiring) is recommended.
Surrounded by forest and approx. 2 hectares of land – olive trees, small vineyard and approx. 150 fruit trees.
