The large stone house is located in a small hamlet above Camaiore and Pieve. It takes about 5 minutes to get down to the town (asphalted, winding narrow road). You can park on the street or if you have a smaller car - you can also manage the last narrow 20-25m between 2 houses and then park directly in front of the house. From the house you can see a corner of the sea on the right side, the first beach is about 12,5km away. Quiet green location. The house has cotto floors except for the bathroom, wooden beams in all rooms, wooden shutters and windows in the wood, in one of the 3 fireplaces is a wood stove. Another one in the dining room. In the rear annex (approx. 20sqm) is the burner, the rest is used as laundry and storage room. The house has a beautiful garden with various trees, fruit trees and plants.
