Location: Bargecchia (Tuscany) – village on a hill with sea view and view of Lake Massaciuccoli above Viareggio and Stiava. In Bargecchia, there is a beautiful church, a restaurant/bar and a corner shop. There are other larger shops within a 10-minute radius.
Above Bargecchia is a hamlet consisting of several stone houses – we are offering the one in the middle.
Access – asphalted forest road, parking in front of the complex, passage past the neighbouring house (small gate). Both houses have a veranda with a fantastic sea view.
